"Great property. The view and location were wonderful. Perfect patio area to take a swim and watch the sunset. Very close to the Westin, Cruz Bay and markets. The layout of the home worked great for us (all adults), but might not be ideal for families with small children. 3 of the 4 bedrooms can only be accessed by an outdoor staircase and doors open to an open, outside hallway. Just something to be aware of. We had a great week - would return again."

"We've been to St. John more than half a dozen times and this house was fantastic. The location can't be beat, and the view was absolutely amazing. The three bedrooms downstairs are completely separate from one another; if traveling with a group of adults or couples this offers nice privacy. The upstairs is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to feel at home. "

" We absolutely loved Blue Agave Villa. The house was much better equipped than others we have rented on St John. I honestly can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t there. It was so convenient to stores, restaurants and the center of Cruz Bay. However, when at the house we felt far away from any activity given the quiet and the incredible views. Jackie was wonderfully helpful and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend this property. We will be back!"

" Great location. Walkable to town. Awesome views. All you need for 4 couples. Timely communication with house manager. They set up shuttle service and had numerous recommendations for taxis, restaurants, beaches, boats, etc..Our group is already planning a return trip!!"
